Our 4-kind sashimi platter, made with seafood from Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, is one of our most popular dishes. Rather than just serving the raw ingredients, we offer sashimi that has been carefully prepared to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients. Among these, the sesame yellowtail served with our homemade sauce is a must-try!

Mizutaki is our most recommended menu item and can be enjoyed by both one person and a large group. The soup is a cloudy white soup made by simmering chicken carcasses for over 5 hours to extract the chicken flavor, and it has a rich flavor that does not require ponzu sauce! It is delicious with lots of vegetables and fluffy minced chicken. We also have single-person hotpots and large pots for large groups, so it can be enjoyed in a wide range of situations!

Pork skewers made with branded pork!

These pork skewers are made with Kinako Pork, a brand of pork that is known for its light fat. They are thickly cut and served in large sizes, so they are very satisfying to eat! Enjoy with salt, pepper and our homemade mustard miso.

Popular lunch menu item: Oyakodon

The popular lunch-only menu item is the Oyakodon, made with charcoal-grilled chicken fillet and mizutaki soup stock! The aroma of charcoal and the flavor of the soup stock make this a very satisfying meal. It comes with miso soup and pickles and is available at a reasonable price of 800 yen (tax included)!
